Hi I'm Jena! I'm a 23 year old recent college grad. In August of 2011 I woke up one day and decided to make a change. Through exercise and learning healthy eating habits I have lost 80+ lbs! I love running, lifting weights, spinning, being active. I have an amazing boyfriend who loved me at my HW and loves me the same now. I wanted to start a blog so I could post workouts, healthy meal ideas, and motivational stuff! Feel free to ask me questions!

Goals
By August 2012: reach the 100 lb weight loss mark.
By March 2013: run the Disney Princess 1/2 marathon.
By the summer of 2013: feel comfortable in a bikini.
By the end of 2014: run the NYC marathon. if your dreams don't scare you, they aren't big enough
Why not do all of this for the rest of your life? My 20s will hopefully be great, but my life isn’t going to become dry and unfulfilling when there’s no longer a 2 at the beginning of my age.
