Just had a lame 2.5 mile run.
Lot on my mind. Feeling frustrated, hating this struggle to lose the last 15 lbs. The first 85 were so straight forward. And now its like even if I have a bite of something bad I gain weight. I know its mostly because of my hypothyroidism and PCOS but its so frustrating. And I hate that I cannot recognize how much I have accomplished thus far because I want my goal so badly.
