Breakfast: oatmeal and a banana. 250 cal. Lunch: half a chicken breast and a big yogurt parfait. 300 cal. Snack: handful of almonds and a few m&ms. 150 cal. Between grad parties, my best friends wedding, etc. I’ve fallen seriously off track. I’ve been so busy and eating anything and I’ve lost focus. I weighed in today (wish I didn’t) at 179. I know months like these are bound to happen but its my first very unsuccessful month and I’m feeling very low.

Wedding week is a diet disaster lollll
Best friend is getting married sat… I’ve found every excuse not to exercise and eat like poo. Like today, we got spray tanned and they told us not to sweat for the day. Ok, no work out! Come Sunday I will be going sooo hard back on the grind.
